Gene & Carol GravesSpiritual Development MinistersI would like to introduce you to a very precious couple that mean so much to us, Gene and Carol Graves. Gene and Carol are our Spiritual Development Ministers. Simply put, they help from the time someone receives Christ as their personal Savior until the time they are solidified in the foundation of the Word and actively serving at Life Family Church. Both Gene and Carol have a tremendous respect and understanding of the Word of God, and their passion is to help people walk in the fullness of the Word. I must warn you, when you first meet Gene and Carol you may find yourself wanting to open your heart and cry like a child sharing all of your hopes, dreams and fears about life. Don't be alarmed, this is most people's normal reaction! A bit more you may not know, Gene and Carol have been married for over 42 years and have a wonderful daughter, Angela, who is an instructor at Oral Roberts University. Gene successfully runs his own business when he is not helping us in the church. He also loves to golf. When Carol gets time to relax, she loves to read and work Sudoku puzzles. Gene and Carol are originally from Indiana; they have lived in several places throughout the country and traveled most of Europe while Gene was in the army. While living in Houston they were heavily involved at Lakewood Church with the late Pastor John Osteen. We are very thankful that God has brought us this tremendous couple! |
